REFUND POLICY

All fees and/or charges incurred by a Player through the purchase of GoPlayPlay currency used in part or whole are non-refundable.

iG-interactive reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notice. This includes your software license for all games published by iG-interactive and your access to these games; if you, in accordance with our judgement, violate our terms of use, code of conduct, and/or this refund policy, or if we cannot validate the profile data you have entered in your account, or if we notice any unacceptable utterances by you in the game, chat, or any other game-related area.

If your account is terminated for any reason, you lose any claim to your characters and any of their items. You do not have the right to transfer or sell these characters or items. You do not have the right to a refund of any kind.

If your account is terminated, iG-interactive reserves the right to terminate, without prior notice any accounts that have the same name, phone number, e-mail, internet protocol address, or credit card number as a terminated account.

If this is your first time using Paypal, Moneybookers or other similar payment methods, please allow up to 48 hours for payment to clear. The payment will be validated during this time. The sending of multiple emails will in no way accelerate the speed of this process.
